2000, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, grant and convey unto

83127, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee the following lands and property, together with all
improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 81 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Being the same property conveyed to Grantor by deed dated a +.sand recorded on Dec 31, 2002
in Book 508PR Pg 541n the records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas and minerals, on and under the above described property owned by
Grantor, if any, which are reserved by Grantor.
SUBJECT TO all easements, rights -of -way, protective covenants and mineral reservations of record, if
any.
