SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Gerre L. McClintick and Karen E. McClintick, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Quicken Loans Inc. its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 26,
2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 11, 2007, at Reception No. 931189 in Book 665 at Page 388.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Assignment dated: July 6, 2012
Assignment recorded: July 20, 2012
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 965643 in Book 789 at
Page 804
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of M &T Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on September 4, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, M &T Bank "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $185,000.00,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
September 4, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 4, 2012, at
Reception No. 966620 in Book 793 at Page 230.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 15, 2013 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on /t. (-2/ s 2013 at Reception No.
9d,"/„2 in Book 1,e9,5 at Page 5 7.
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME
LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway,
Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
