That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Diane M. Gardner, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby conveys
and warrants to the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY
82009 -3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the following described lands located in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of that certain tract of land shown on Boundary Adjustment Plat for Virginia E.
Gardner and MB Star holdings Receiving no. 951250 of the Lincoln County records, situate in the SE1/4NE1/4 of
Section 1, T.31N., R.119W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln county, Wyoming, being described by metes and bounds as
follows;
Commencing at the east quarter corner of said Section 1 from which the C -E 1/16 corner thereof bears
N. 89° 59' 48.7" W. a distance of 1325.93 feet, each corner being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 5368;
thence along the southerly boundary of the SE1/4NE1/4 of said Section 1 N. 89° 59' 48.7" W. a distance of 51.46
feet to the southeast corner of the Reed Gardner Tract Adjusted as shown on said Plat, said point being monumented
with a 2 inch Aluminum cap PLS 5368, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N. 00° 37' 11.3" E. a distance of 0.91 feet to a point on the westerly right -of -way boundary of highway
US 89 being monumented with a right -of -way marker;
thence continuing along said right -of -way boundary N. 00° 37' 20.6" E. a distance of 219.49 feet to a point
being monumented with a right -of -way marker;
thence continuing along said boundary N. 86° 27' 48.4" W. a distance of 9.97 feet to a point being
monumented with a right -of -way marker;
thence continuing along said boundary N. 00° 36' 14.1" E. a distance of 6.08 feet to a point on the northerly
boundary of said tract of land;
thence along said northerly boundary S. 89° 59' 11.4" W. a distance of 20.76 feet;
thence S. 0° 37' 16.9" W. a distance of 227.08 feet to the southerly boundary of said SE1/4NE1/4 and said tract
of land;
thence along said southerly boundary S. 89° 59' 48.7" E. a distance of 20.75 feet to a point being monumented
with a 2 inch Aluminum cap PLS 5368;
thence continuing along said southerly boundary S. 89° 59' 48.7" E. a distance of 9.97 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above described parcel contains 0.16 of an acre, more or less.
The Basis of Bearing being the southerly boundary of the SE1/4NE' of said Section 1 it being N. 89° 59' 48.7 W.
Grantor hereby covenants with the grantee, that the grantor is lawfully seized of said lands; that said lands are
free from encumbrances, and the grantor hereby warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.

Grantor releases and waives any and all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this
