FOR' A GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, Laura Hatcher,
do hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming in regard to the
following .described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot Five (5) of Block Two (2) of the Brown's First Amended
Addition to the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County,
Wyoming
known as: 421 So. Elm Street
LaBarge, Wyoming 831 23
I realize that my husband, Warren Alan Hatcher, has applied
to Major Mortgage for a lOan which shall encumber said property,
and I hereby acknowledge that Major Mortgage has relied upon
this release and waiver of homestead rights~ in making said loan~
