the State of Wyoming, Wheatland, Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date
the 17th day of March A.D., 2010, made and executed by Delton L. Tinsley, a married person, as his
sole and separate property conveying certain real estate therein described as security for the payment
of $185,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln, County, State of Wyoming on the 19th day of March A.D., 2010,
Receiving 952609 in Book 744 of Photos, at Page 172 of mortgages and mortgaging real estate in said
County, to -wit:
All lands described in said mortgage
This mortgage is being release due to receipt of final pay off.
