The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: 00351 Assignee: Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP Assignment dated: March 2, 2012 Assignment recorded: March 12, 2012 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 963603 in Book 782 at Page 709 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 31, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $247,568.70, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 31, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 31, 2012, at Reception No. 965832 in Book 790 at Page 468. WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 4, 2013 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln Co nty, State of Wyoming, on ,A. ,-5? 5 2013 at Reception No. 9 in Book 5:Q6 at Page ("7.
