Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Frances D. King, also known as Drew King,
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do remis,• release and forever quitclaim to Holly Stevenson, John W. King, Mary Frances
Tollhurst, David D. King and Kasey C. King, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
whose address is PO Box 292, Diamondville, WY 83116, all right, title and interest in the following described
real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Lot Numbered Six (6) of the Blocic Numbered Five (5) of the Town of Diamondville, as surveyed, platted and
recorded, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
That portion of Parcel Thirty-Two (32) of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed,
platted and recorded, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the
Northwesterly Corner of Lot Six (6) in Block Five (5) of the Town of Diamondville, thence South 11 °10' East,
along the Westerly boundary of said Lot Six (6), a distance of 30.00 feet; thence South 78 °5o' West, a
distance of 30.00 feet; thence North n °10' West, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 78 °5o' East, a
distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning
And alsp:
All of Lots 7, 8 and 9 in Block 5 in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming
And also:
That portion of Parcel Thirty-Two (32) of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 7 in Block 5 of the Town of
Diamondville, thence South 11 °10' East along the westerly boundary of Lots 7, 8 and 9 of said Block 5, a
distance of 90.00 feet; thence South 78 °50' West, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 11 0 10' West, a
distance of 90.00 feet; thence North 78 °50' East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the point f beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
