OF THE RECORDING OF THIS DEED. GRANTEE SHALL ALSO BE PROHIBITED FROM
ENCUMBERING SUJECT PROPERTY WITH A SECURITY INTEREST IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
OF GREATER THAN $70,560.00 FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTH(S) FROM THE DATE OF THE
RECORDING OF THIS DEED. THESE RESTICTIONS SHALL RUN WITH THE LAND AND ARE NOT
PERSONAL TO GRANTEE. THIS RESTRICTRITION SHALL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY UPON
CONVEYANCE AT ANY FORECLOSURE SALE RELATED TO A MORTGAGE DEED OF TRUST.
The Grantor(s) for itself and for its successors in interest do by these presents expressly limit the
covenants of the deed to those herein expressed, and excludes all covenants arising or to arise by
statutory or other implication, and do hereby covenant that against all persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim by, through or under said Grantor(s) and not otherwise, it will forever warrant and
defend the said described real estate.
