Grantors' interest in Lot Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 8 of Corral Canyon Meadows
Subdivision, according to Plat No. 362 recorded with the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming on June 13, 1995,
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements or thereunto belonging and any rights of
grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations and rights -of -way of record, easements and other
encumbrances of sight and/or record,
and
F. STAEHR, husband and wife, of 400 Meadowlark Road, Jackson, Wyoming 83001,
GRANTORS, for nominal but adequate consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, convey and warrant unto FRED W. STAEHR and JEAN F. STAEHR, AS
TRUSTEES OF THE STAEHR FAMILY TRUST established u /t/a dated March 24,
2000, as amended hereafter, and their successors in trust, of 400 Meadowlark Road, Jackson,
Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES, all of the following described property situated in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
hereby waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming, for purposes of this conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been duly executed and delivered
effective as of March 24, 2000.
