KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That FIRST SECURITY BANK N.A., aka
Star Valley State Bank a corporation of the County of Lincoln State of Wyoming,
does hereby certify that mortgage made and executed by Jack Elmo Corsi a single
man, as mortgagor to FIRST SECURITY BANK N.A. aka Star Valley State Bank, as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate thereor the payment of $65,577.50 as therein
state, which mortgage was recorded in the officer of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 5, 1993 in Book 325
P.R., Page 289.
Mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lots 3 and 4 also sometimes described as the NW 1 /4 NW 1/4 and NE 'A NW 1/4
Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, of the-6 P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming.
Tess B. Corsi executed this mortgage for the purposes of releasing and waiving all
rights under and be virtue of the Homestead Exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
is released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said lender does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said borrower the premises thereby conveyed.
