KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jim W. Stoker, a /k/a Jim Stoker Grantor, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to
the Jim W. Stoker Family Trust, dated February 25, 2013, Jim W. Stoker, Trustee, Grantee, whose
address is P.O. Box 322, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at a point which is 293 -1/3 feet West from the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 23, Township 34 North, Range 119 West of the 6"' P.M., Wyoming and running thence
West 8 rods 11 Feet 8 inches; thence running North 17 Rods 12 feet 10 inches; thence running East
8 rods 11 feet 8 inches; thence running South 17 rods 12 feet 10 inches to the place of beginning,
together with all water rights and other appurtenances thereto pertaining.
Parcel 2:
That property as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
Excepting therefrom the tract of land described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
Excepting therefrom the tract of land described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
Parcel 3:
That property as more fully described in Exhibit "D" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
Parcel 4:
QUITCLAIM DEED
That property as more fully described in Exhibit "E" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
Parcel 5:
Beginning at a point 146 2/3 feet West from the Southeast Corner of the NE' /4 of Section 23, T34N,
R119W of the 6 P.M., and running thence West 146 2/3 feet; thence North 293 1/3 feet; thence East
146 2/3 feet; thence South 293 1/3 feet to the place of beginning, being part of the SE' /4NE1/4 of said
Section 23, T34N, R119W, containing .987 acres of land, together with improvements and water
rights.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, sight or in use.
Parcel 6:
That property as more fully described in Exhibit "F" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now of
record or otherwise affecting said lands.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and warrants that
the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 25 day of February, 2013, that said Trust
has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the
Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
