and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and
without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Robert F. Hunsaker and
Jolene C. Hunsaker, Husband and Wife, Grantees, whose address is 924 Aspen Court, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, all of Grantors' rights, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of
land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 3 of Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the plat filed May 31, 2007, Instrument No. 929843.
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
