Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the Taws of the State of NEVADA, duly
authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its principal place of business in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
County of Pima, State of Arizona,
the GRANTEE, whose address is 309 E. El Valle
Green Valley, AZ 85614
WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
