83123, as tenants of an estate by the entireties, GRANTEES, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,

appertaining;
SUBJECT TO covenants, reservations and restrictions of
record;
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or in use.
