KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that SYLVIA P. PEAD, aka SYLVIA
PUTNAM PEAD, a single woman, whose address is P.O. Box 77, Fairview, Wyoming 83119,
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
SYLVIA PUTNAM PEAD, TRUSTEE, of the Sylvia Putnam Pead Revocable Living Trust
dated January 18, 2001, P.O. Box 77, Fairview, Wyoming 83119, Grantee, and its successors and
assigns forever, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter (SW 1/4 NW /a) of Section Ten (10), Township 31 North, Range 119 West, of the
6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 00 °00'55" East along the
East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said
Section 10, a distance of 264.00 feet; thence South 89 °40'24" West, a distance of 441.97
feet; thence South 08 °09'36" East, a distance of 266.46 feet; thence North 89 °40'24"
East, along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NW
'/4) of said Section 10, a distance of 292.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.2
acres, more or less, together with all water, water rights, mineral rights, improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record or in use.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property: Beginning at the
Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (SW 1/4 NW 1/4) of
Section 10, Township 31 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and running thence North 00 °00'55" East along the East line of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter (SW 1/4 NW '/4) of said Section 10, a distance of 132.00
feet; thence South 89 °40'24" West, a distance of 367.04 feet; thence South 29 °39'04"
East, a distance of 151.40 feet; thence North 89 °40'24" East along the South line of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (SW 1/4 NW '/4) of said Section 10, a distance
of 292.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acre, more or less.
INCLUDING and together with all singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, and any rights of
Grantors to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, easements and other similar encumbrances of
sight and or record.
