of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to
MATTHEW T. LANDIS and TRICIA A. LANDIS, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under
THE MATTHEW TRICIA LANDIS FAMILY LIVING TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY 22,
2013, for the benefit of MATTHEW T. LANDIS and TRICIA A. LANDIS and their heirs,
Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1451, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:
Lot 29 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 21, as platted and recorded in the official record of
Lincoln County Wyoming
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
