HomeMy WebLinkAbout969800QUITCLAIM DEED 00245 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT ELISHA TODD LAINHART and LAURALEE HUNTER LAINHART, husband and wife, grantors, of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto ALLEN DELAND LAINHART and OLIVIA ANN LAINHART, Trustees of the D &O LAINHART FAMILY TRUST, dated December 12, 2012, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, to wit: A portion of the property referred to in Instrument No. 747059 filed in Book 309PR, on Page 186, within the SW1 /4SW 1 /4 of Section 14, T34N R119W, of the 6 P.M., the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and area being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a P.K. Nail set at a point in the South Line of said SW1 /4SW1/4, said point being 479.56 feet S 89 °10'42 "E from the Spike found marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1974 location for the Southwest corner of said Section 14 (S15- S14/S22- S -23); thence N 0 °00'56 "E 144.25 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point in the North line of said property thence S 89 °35'33 "E, along said North line, 206.51 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence S 0 °49'18 "W 145.73 feet to a P.K. Nail set at a point in said South line; Thence N89 °10'42 "W along said South line, 204.47 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 29, 793.30 Sq. Ft. or 0.684 Acres of Land. SUBJECT TO: a 30 -foot Right -of -Way Easement along the South line of the above described Property, being the North portion of Roberts Avenue. Together with all water rights, mineral rights and improvements appertaining thereunto, and SUBJECT TO all Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights -of- Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
