Todd K. Luthi and Connie Luthi, husband and wife, Grantors, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO Todd K. Luthi and Connie Luthi, Trustees of the Todd K. Luthi and Connie
Luthi Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated February 26, 2013, Grantees, whose address
is P.O. Box 885, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the SW1 /4 SW1 /4 of Section 14, T34N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
located in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Section 14, said point being
909.14 feet East from the Southwest Corner of said Section 14 as set by
Lloyd B. Baker in the road running West from Thayne August 31, 1974;
thence North 147.36 feet; thence N89 °35'09 "E 189.15 feet; thence South
148.73 feet, to said South line of Section 14; thence West, along last said
South line, 189.15 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.643 acres
of land

and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements and encumbrances of record.
