paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to -wit:
Justin McKinnon and Jamie McKinnon,
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
Part of Section 25, T23N R120W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of the land described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
459 on page 496, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows:
Beginning at Corner No. 5 of Tract 53 and running thence northerly
along Co. Rd No. 12 -207, 800 feet, thence east 1630 feet, thence
southerly along a fence line, 800 feet, thence westerly, along
the south line of the property, 1630 feet to the point of
