valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Kathleen M. Newell, a married woman, GRANTEE,
whose address is 4202 B Calle Real #337, Santa Barbara, California 93110, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:

on the official plat filed on July 10, 2002 as Instrument No. 882428 of the
Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
