Paul O. Huber, as the sole surviving Trustee of the Paul O. Huber Revocable Trust, dated
November 11, 1967, Grantor, of Bountiful, County of Davis, State of Utah, hereby QUIT CLAIMS to
Huber Family Investments, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company of Centerville, State of Utah,
Grantee, for the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the
following described tract of land, containing net 10.00 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, containing
10.00 acres more or less.
WITNESS the hand of said grantor, this 1 day of March, A.D., two thousand and thirteen.

Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 352 of Photostatic Records on page 226, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, N89° 56.5' W,
666.97 feet from the northeast corner of said NE NE
thence continuing N89 56.5' W, 659.09 feet, along said north line, to the
northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4
thence S00° 37.5' E, 661.08 feet, along the west line of said NE NE 1/4, to a point;
thence S 89° 58.2' E, 659.09 feet, to a point;
thence N00° 37.5' W, 660.77 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 10.00 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over
and across a strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, with the south line described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said NE 1/4 NE' /4;
thence N89° 59.8' W, 170.22 feet, along the south line of said NE NE 1/4, to a
point;
thence continuing N89° 59.8' W, 490.72 feet to a point; AND
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over
and across a strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, with the east line described
as follows:
BEGINNING at southwest point of the above described easement, N89 59.8' W,
660.94 feet from the southeast corner of said NE NE'/
thence N00 37.5' W, 660.76 feet to the southeast point of the above described
tract;
SUBJECT to easements of sight and of record;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 11,
being N89° 56.9' E;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County titled "REVISED GEORGE V. GARLAND PLAT OF TRACTS WITHIN
THE NE' /4 NE' /4 SECTION 11 T34N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" dated
8 June 1994 and revised 6 June 1995.
