Huber Family Investments, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company of Centerville, State of Utah,
Grantee, for the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the
following described tract of land, containing net 11.19 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, containing 11.19 acres
more or less.
WITNESS the hand of said grantor, this ,day of March, A.D., two thousand and thirteen.

Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 350 of Photostatic Records on page 702, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NE 1 /4 NE 1/4, found as described
in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence N89° 56.5' W, 666.97 feet, along the north line of said NE1/4 NE 1 /4, to the
northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 352 of Photostatic
Records on page 226;
thence 900° 37.5' E, 878.68 feet, along the east line of said tract, to a point;
thence S 89° 59.8' E, 492.98 feet to a point on an easterly line of said tract in
Book 350,;
thence N00° 20.0' W, 564.23 feet, along said easterly line, to a point;
thence N 87° 22.2' E, 169.81 feet to a spike on the east line of said NE 1 /4 NE 1/4
thence N00° 21. 8' W, 305.98 feet, along said east line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 11.19 acres, more or less;
SUBJECT to easements of sight and of record;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 11,
being S 89° 56.9' W;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368 with
appropriate details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" X 12" steel spike and referenced by a 5/8" X 24" steel
reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD
