RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BYTHESEPRESENTS, that LAYNE PORTER, DEANNE
CASPERSON and MCKELL PORTER as successor Co- Trustees of the MELVIN AND
VALOY PORTER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED APRIL 5, 1 995, do hereby certify that a
certain mortgage bearing date the 1St day of October, 1998 made and executed by TOBE
WEST and CINDELL WEST, husband and wife, as Mortgagor to MELVIN PORTER and
VALOY PORTER, as Mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the total price of two hundred seventy two thousand dollars ($272,000.00),
the Mortgagor shall pay to the Mortgagee sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) as a down
payment and the remaining balance of two hundred twelve thousand dollars
($212,000.00) as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on
the 6th day of October, 1998 in Book 419 at Page 083 and mortgaging the following
described real estate in Lincoln County, to -wit:
See "Exhibit A" made part of this document by reference and incorporation
as if set forth fully herein
With a Promissory Note of even date secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt,
fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof, the successor
Co- Trustees, LAYNE PORTER, DEANNE CASPERSON, and MCKELL PORTER in
behalf of the said mortgagee, do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the remises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

of Real Estate Mortgage was executed on behalf of the trust and that he had authority
under the terms under the written Trust and that it was the Trust's free act and deed of
the Trust.
