WHEREAS, the said deed contains mistakes and scrivener's errors in the description of land conveyed, which land is located in Section 33 Township 26 N, Range 113W, Lincoln County, Wyoming and is described in said Warranty deed and filed at Book 724 on page 615 as Instrument No. 947606. The errors in the description are shown in bold and underlined, as follows: T26N R113 Section 19: Lot 5 Lots 20, 21, 28, 29, 30 Lots 48, 49, 52, 53 Section 29 Lots 4, 5 Section 32 NW4NE4, Lot 1 Section 33 S2NE4; SE4NW4; Lots 2, 4 T26R113 Section 22: Section 28: deeded to Chrisman) CORRECTED WARRANTY DEED S2NW4, W2SW4 Lot 50 (Less the 20 acres that has been legally Anastacio Garcia as per the Will of Charles Lot 51 WHEREAS, Grantors desires to correct the mistaken description and clarify the monuments and dimensions of the property conveyed, NOW THEREFORE, Flying W Land Livestock Co., a Wyoming corporation, Grantor, of Sublette County, Wyoming in consideration of the sum of ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in had paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Fish Creek Flying W Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, Grantee, of P.O.
