WHEREAS, by 'Warranty Deed dated June 3, 2009 and filed in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in Book 724 page 615, the
Grantors, Flying W Land and Livestock Company, a Wyoming Corporation, of Sublette
County, Wyoming, conveyed and warranted to Fish Creek Flying W Ranches Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, Grantee, of PO Box 310, Big Piney, Sublette County, Wyoming,
certain parcels of property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
WHEREAS, the said deed contains mistakes and scrivener's errors in the description
of land conveyed, which land is located in Section 33 Township 26 N, Range 113W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and is described in said Warranty deed and filed at Book 724 on
page 615 as Instrument No. 947606. The errors in the description are shown in bold and
underlined, as follows:

WHEREAS, Grantors desires to correct the mistaken description and clarify the
monuments and dimensions of the property conveyed,
NOW THEREFORE, Flying W Land Livestock Co., a Wyoming corporation,
Grantor, of Sublette County, Wyoming in consideration of the sum of ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in had paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Fish Creek Flying W Ranches, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, Grantee, of P.O. Box 310, Big Piney, Wyoming 83113, the following real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
The Flying W Land Livestock Co., a Wyoming corporation, Grantor, of Sublette
County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good s and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

rights -of -way of record.
