the official plat filed with Instrument No. 945574 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with the easement for ingress and egress for the benefit of Parcel 1 as created
and described on document recorded March 9, 2010 in Book 743PR on page 458 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or
in use.
