KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jeremiah J. Traughber, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed
and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to
Michael W. Traughber and Cindy F. Traughber, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, whose address is PO 176, LaBarge, WY 83123, all right, title
and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of
Lincoln:
Lots 34 and 36 of Viola Subdivision Phase No. 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
