Judy A. Speck is the widow of James P. Speck and has knowledge
competent to testify concerning the facts as stated below.
Judy A. Speck and James P. Speck were married to each other
and they lived together as husband and wife in Washoe County, Nevada
continuously until the death of James P. Speck.
3. Judy A. Speck and James P. Speck owned, as husband and wife
with right of survivorship, the following described parcels of real property:
a. That property identified in the instrument recorded on
January 3, 2000 in Book 440PR at Page 152 as Receiving No.
863488 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming
and a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
b. That property identified in the instrument recorded on
January 3, 2000 in Book 440PR at Page 155 as Receiving No.
863489 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming
and a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
c. That property identified in the instrument recorded on April
16, 2003 in Book 518PR at Page 038 as Receiving No. 889287 in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming and a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
d. That property identified in the instrument recorded on
January 5, 2007 in Book 645 at Page 592 as Receiving No. 925862
in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming and a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

All of which are located in Section 21, Township 34 North, Range 118
West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. On December 30, 2011, James P. Speck died in Washoe County,
Nevada. Attached is a Certified Copy of his official Death Certificate certified to
by the State of Nevada, Washoe County, Department of Health.
5. By reason of the death of James P. Speck on December 30, 2011,
Judy A. Speck became the sole owner of the above described property.
6. That Judy A. Speck is the Grantor and acting Trustee of the Judy
Speck Trust Dated January 3, 2013.
7. That by this Affidavit of Survivorship, Judy A. Speck hereby
transfers, conveys and otherwise assigns her interest in and to the real property
described herein to the Judy Speck Trust Dated January 3, 2013, whose
address is PO Box 3859, Incline Village, Nevada 89450.

Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to James P. Speck and Judy A. Speck,
husband and wife as tenancy by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is P. O.
Box 3859, Incline Village, Nevada 89450, the following described real estate, situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights
of -way of sight and /or record.
FURTHER SUBJECT to the following perpetual restrictions:
1) No trailer home, mobile home, camper, tent, outbuilding, or any other
structure of a temporary or mobile nature, shall be used within the property
as a place of residence or habitation, either temporarily or permanently for a
period not to exceed one year, and except as the same may be customarily
employed by contractors for and during the construction of improvements
thereon for a period not to exceed one year. The term "trailer home" or
"mobile home" as used herein shall mean any building or structure with
wheels and /or axles and any vehicle, used at any time, or constructed so as to

property shall be restrained and controlled at all times so that they do not
cause a nuisance to neighboring property owners, and so that the presence or
activity of any such livestock or horses does not harass or endanger wildlife.
Not more than three large animals shall be allowed on the subject property at
any one time.
