for and in consideration of-~EN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Kent R. Brown and Melanie D. Brown, GRANTEES, whose address is
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 20 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 82.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 and
running thence West 40 feet;
thence South 61.9 feet;
thence East 40 feet;
thence North 61.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together. with and including all improvements thereon and all al~purtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights-of-way and/or record.

Wray of the Mack H. Wray and Rose T. Wray Family Trust, dated October 22, 1982,
that they personally appeared before me and was dually sworn and upon Oath
repreSented that they were the trustees of the Trust that the foregoing Warranty Deed
was executed on behalf of the Trust and that they had authority under the terms under
the written Trust and that it was the Trust's free act and deed of the Trust.
