WHEREAS, Kathleen Hildreth, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage
Corporation its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated September 8, 2004 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
September 9, 2004, at Reception No. 902713 in Book 0566 at Page 0699.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Assignment recorded: July 10, 2012
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 965481 in Book 789 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of GMAC Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on September 4, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, GMAC Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder") made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$134,010.54, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on September 4, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 4,
2012, at Reception No. 966621 in Book 793 at Page 237 and rerecorded on
February 21, 2013 at Reception No. 969617 in Book 805 at Page 260.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 14, 2013 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and e -officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, �tt�ate of Wyoming, on 0 9 2013 at Reception No.

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221
Dallas Parkway, Ste. 1000, Dallas, TX 752542916, its successors and assigns,
all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
