The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: GMAC Mortgage, LLC Assignment dated: June 27, 2012 Assignment recorded: July 10, 2012 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 965481 in Book 789 at Page 303 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of GMAC Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 4, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, GMAC Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $134,010.54, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 4, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 4, 2012, at Reception No. 966621 in Book 793 at Page 237 and rerecorded on February 21, 2013 at Reception No. 969617 in Book 805 at Page 260.
