Assignment dated: August 29, 2009 Assignment recorded: August 31, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 949193 in Book 730 at Page 833 Assignee: Federal National Mortgage Association Assignment dated: February 13, 2012 Assignment recorded: March 1, 2012 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 116 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Lincoln County, Wyoming; and 963444 in Book 782 at Page Register of Deeds in and for WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Federal National Mortgage Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on November 13, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Federal National Mortgage Association "Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $166,021.07, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on November 13, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 13, 2012, at Reception No. 967911 in Book 798 at Page 43.
