consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to WOODROW W. LOWE
and SANDRA J. LOWE, as Trustees of the WOODROW W. LOWE AND SANDRA J. LOWE
JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 18, 2013, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1292,
Evanston, Wyoming 82931, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Part of Section 33, Township 30 North Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 467.3 feet East and 466.0 feet South the North one quarter corner (N' /4) of
said Section 33 and running thence south 854.0 feet;
thence West 467.3 feet;
thence North 854.0 feet;
thence East 467.3 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
175PR on page 411 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
