KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Reed Rick Miller aka R. Rick Miller and
Kelly Jo Miller aka Kelly J. Miller, husband and wife, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and
quitclaim unto Reed Rick Miller, and Kelly Jo Miller and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and
purposes set forth in the Rick and Kelly Miller Family Trust dated February 1, 2013, between
Grantors and Trustees, Reed Rick Miller, and Kelly Jo Miller, beneficiaries, of PO Box 699, Afton,
WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or
ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
The lands described in the Warranty Deed recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 507 PR, page 585 as Instrument 886366, LESS and EXCEPT
those lands described on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR R. RICK MILLER AND
KELLY J. MILLER REMAINDER TRACT copies of which are attached and
incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Reed Rick Miller aka R. Rick Miller and Kelly Jo Miller aka Kelly
J. Miller, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands as of the 1st day of February, 2013.

Wyoming, LESS AND EXCEPT the following described parcels, being the same
land as that described on Warranty Deed recorded June 3, 1994 in Book 351PR
on page 811 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk:

page 562 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Exception 2
The land described in Warranty Deed recorded December 27, 1971 in Book 96PR on
page 564 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Exception 3
The land described in Warranty Deed recorded December 27, 1971 in Book 96PR on
page 565 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Exception 4
The land described in Warranty Deed recorded October 18, 1976 in Book 130PR on page
81 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 507 of
Photostatic Records on page 585, described as follows;
BEGINNING at a .point on the east line of said NE' /NI?' /4, N00 36' -00 "E, 244,83 feet
from the southeast corner of said NE %NE%,;
thence N00 36' -00 "E, 16031 feet; along said east line, to a point;
thence N86 40' -16 "W; 261.80 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point
thence S00 30' -00 "W, 172.61 feet, to a point;
