an access easement more particularly described in Warranty
Deed recorded September 2, 1997, in Book 401PR on Page
112 of Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Clerk,
excepting therefrom the following described tract of land:
that portion of the NE1 /4NW1 /4 and NW1 /4NE1 /4 of
Section 27, T31N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, lying and being situated north of the existing
east/west fence line.
That portion of the SW1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 27, T31N,
R119W, 6 P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and
being situated north of the existing east /west fence line.

GOETTSCH LANDS, LLC, Grantor, for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration and in furtherance of the dissolution of the Company on
October 18, 2000, conveys and quitclaims to Troy L. Goettsch and Kathryn J. Goettsch, husband
and wife as tenants by the entireties, of 1813 Spruce Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82001, their heirs
and assigns all right, title and interest as it may have in the following- described real estate:
SUBJECT TO right -of -way easements more particularly
described in Warranty Deed recorded September 2, 1997, in
Book 401PR on Page 112 of Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, Clerk.
to have and to hold the same for their use forever subject to all easements, reservations,
restrictions and covenants of record.
The undersigned releases and waives all rights under the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
