easterly side of said Tract 66 to a fence line; thence N
89 °37'44" W 131834 feet along said fence line and across
the state highway easement to a point in a field; thence N
00 °34'54" E 1317.62 feet through said field; thence S
89 °47'21" E 131832 feet through said field and across said
state highway easement and along a fence line to the point
of beginning containing 39.93 acres.
Subject to an easement, for a highway, for the State
of Wyoming across the above described parcel.

AMENDED PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL ESTATE
COMES NOW the Petitioner, Steven C. Hansen, Personal Representative of the
above estate, by and through his attorney, James K. Sanderson, pursuant to W.S.
2 -7 -614 (2005), and hereby requests authority to sell a certain parcel of real property
belonging to the estate of HARLEY KENT HYMAS HANSEN, deceased, and
respectfully states to the Court:
1. That the parcel of property belonging to the estate located at 7128 North
Highway 232, Cokeville, Wyoming, more particularly described as:
2. Your Personal Representative reports that he has entered into a Contract to
Sell said real estate to JED S. AND JENNILYN S. WAYMENT for the sum of
$190,000.00, subject to the approval of this Court, with the balance in full to be paid

upon the approval of said sale by this Court and the delivery by your Personal
Representative of a Court Officer's Deed to said purchaser; that there is marked
Exhibit "A attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, a copy of said
Contract to Sell; in the opinion of your Personal Representative, said price is at a price
and upon terms advantageous to the estate and ought to be confirmed.
3. That the beneficiaries named in the Will of the deceased, Harley Kent
Hymas Hansen, have been given notice and informed of this petition and the sale of the
above described property, and waive any hearing on the matter of the sale and consent to
the same. See attached Exhibits.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that the Court enter an Order of hearing upon this
Petition and Report, prescribing notice to be served with respect thereto, and upon said
hearing enter an Order authorizing said sale and approving and confirming said sale and
directing this Personal Representative to deliver a deed to the purchaser upon receipt of
payment of the balance due upon Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
