Hansen, Personal Representative of the above estate, by and through his attorney, James K. Sanderson, pursuant to W.S. 2 -7 -614 (2005), and hereby requests authority to sell a certain parcel of real property belonging to the estate of HARLEY KENT HYMAS HANSEN, deceased, and respectfully states to the Court: 1. That the parcel of property belonging to the estate located at 7128 North Highway 232, Cokeville, Wyoming, more particularly described as: 2. Your Personal Representative reports that he has entered into a Contract to Sell said real estate to JED S. AND JENNILYN S. That the beneficiaries named in the Will of the deceased, Harley Kent Hymas Hansen, have been given notice and informed of this petition and the sale of the above described property, and waive any hearing on the matter of the sale and consent to the same. See attached Exhibits. WHEREFORE, it is prayed that the Court enter an Order of hearing upon this Petition and Report, prescribing notice to be served with respect thereto, and upon said hearing enter an Order authorizing said sale and approving and confirming said sale and directing this Personal Representative to deliver a deed to the purchaser upon receipt of payment of the balance due upon Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
