Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Steven C. Hansen, Personal
Representative of the Estate of Harley Kent Hymas Hansen, who acquired
title as Kent H. Hansen, a single man, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents
does remis, release and forever quitclaim to Jed S. Wayment and Jennilyn S.
Wayment, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, whose address is PO
Box 244, Henefer, UT 84033, all right, title and interest in the following described real
property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Tract 66, Section 17, Township 25 North, Range
ii8West of the 6th P.M., Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running
thence S 00 34'47" W 1321.31 feet along the easterly side of said Tract 66 to a fence line;
thence N 89 37'44" W 1318.34 feet along said fence line and across the state highway
easement to a point in a field; thence N 00 °34'54 "E 1317.62 feet through said field;
thence S 89 °47'21" E 1318.32 feet through said field and across said state highway
easement and along a fence line to the point of beginning
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Tract 66, Section 17, Township 25 North, Range
118 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence S
00 34'47" W 1321.31 feet along the easterly side of said Tract 66 to a fence line; thence N
89 37'44" W 1014.07 feet along said fence line to the easterly right of way of a public
road; thence along said right of way the following three (3) courses: N 10 °01'27" E
407.03 feet to a point of curvature; thence along said curve, to the left a distance of
653.42 feet, said curve having a radius of 1532.25 feet, a central angle of 24 °26'0o" and a
chord that bears N 02 °11'33" W 648.48feet; thence N 14 24'33" W 278.48 feet to a fence
line; thence S 89 °47'21" E 1050.68 feet along said fence line to the point of beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
