SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Lee J. Claycomb and Corie B. Claycomb, as
mortgagors, mortgaged to MLSG, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated March 1, 1996 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 7, 1996,
in Book 381 PR at Page 20, which Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby,
were assigned for value by MLSG, Inc. to ContiMortgage Corporation by the
indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain
assignment of mortgage dated March 26, 1996, and duly recorded in the records
of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 12, 1997, in Book 397PR at Page
251; and which Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for
value by ContiMortgage Corporation to Manufacturers Traders Trust Company
by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain
assignment of mortgage dated April 26, 1996, and duly recorded in the records
of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 12, 1997, in Book 397PR at Page
249; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Manufacturers Traders Trust Company, acting under a power of
sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on September 1, 2000, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse,
1032 Beech St., in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Manufacturers Traders Trust Company made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$67,160.57, and the said real property was then and there sold to on September
1, 2000; and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Manufacturers Traders Trust
Company on September 1, 2000, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in
the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 1, 2000, in Book
451 PR at Page 386; and
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Manufacturers Traders
Trust Company, One M T Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14203 -2399, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 19 of the Afton Townsite,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at the center of said Block 19 and running
thence West 10 rods; thence North 10 rods; thence
East 10 rods; thence South 10 rods to the point of
beginning.
ALSO Part of Lot 2 of Block 19 of the Afton Townsite,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:

Beginning at a point 10 rods South from the
Northwest corner of Lot 2 of said Block 19 and
running thence East 10 rods; thence South 5 rods;
thence West 10 rods; thence North 5 rods to the point
of beginning.
AND ALSO, part of Lot 2 of Block 19 of the Afton
Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 2 and running thence North 5 rods; thence East
10 rods; thence South 5 rods; thence West 10 rods to
the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 19, Afton Townsite, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said
Lot 2, and running thence North five rods; thence
East 100 feet; thence South five rods; thence West
100 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Manufacturers Traders Trust Company, its successors and
assigns forever.
