ASSIGNMENT: Said Mortgage wa assigned by K- Designers unto Empire Funding Corp. by assignment dated August 21, 1996 and recorded in the aforesaid Office on February 7, 1997 in Liber 393 PR Page 612. ASSIGNMENT: Said Mortgage was assigned by Empire Funding Corp. unto Amerus Bank by assignment dated August 12, 1997 and recorded in the aforesaid Office on September 15, 1997 in Liber 401 PR Page 574. ASSIGNMENT: Said Mortgage was assigned by Amerus Bank unto Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation by assignment dated February 24, 1999 and recorded in the aforesaid Office on August 30, 1999 in Liber 435 PR Page 080. ASSIGNMENT: Said Mortgage was assigned by Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation unto the United States of America pursuant to the provisions of Title I of National Housing Act, as amended. HUD Claim Number 78- 017367 -7 The interest of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, was acquired pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 USC 1701 et seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (79 Stat. 667).
