County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian and running thence West One Hundred Twenty (120)
rods; thence South Sixty (60) rods; thence East Eighty -three and
sixty -four hundredths (83.64) rods; thence North Twenty -two (22)
rods; thence East Thirty -six and thirty -six hundredths (36.36) rods;
thence North Thirty -eight (38) rods to the place of beginning;
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of
Section Fourteen (14), Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range One
Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian and
running thence North Twenty -two (22) rods; thence West Thirty -six
and thirty -six hundredths (36.36) rods; thence South Twenty -two
(22) rods; thence East Thirty -six and thirty -six hundredths (36.36)
rods to the place of beginning.
The Northeast Quarter (NEY4) of the North Half (NV2) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Fourteen (14) Township
Thirty -two (32) North of Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming.
