KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Michael R. Decker, whose
mailing address is P.O. Box 241, La Barge, Wyoming 83123, as Seller, is the
present owner and holder of that Contract for Deed executed and delivered by
Lorin Joslin and Kimberly Barker, single persons, of 1100 Canyon Estates,
Fish Haven, Idaho 83287, as Buyers, affecting certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the pyment of the amount therein stated, which
Contract for Deed was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 25th day of
June, 2010, in Book 749, at Page 663, affecting the following described real
estate more particularly described as follows:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 2 of the Second Amended Plat of Birch Creek
Commercial Park to the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the Official Plat, No. 286 filed June 2,
1985, as Instrument No.58779 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk (the "Property
The Property is also known as 130 West Birch Creek Drive, LaBarge,
Wyoming 83123.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller does hereby certify and affirm that the
Contract for Deed is hereby released and discharged in its entirety this 3/ day
of March, 2013.
