KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that BAR J.B. LAND, TIMBER
CATTLE COMPANY, LLC, a dissolved Idaho limited liability company, 10258 West Thompson Road,
Coeur d' Alene, Idaho 83814, through its former Members, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to BAR J.B. LAND CATTLE COMPANY,
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 3354, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTEE, and
its successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to wit:
That real property described as Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Palisades Landing, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as described on the .official plat filed with Instrument No. 969443 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO easements, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
