Allred, a married person, as his sole and separate property, as "Mortgagor," in favor of
Mortgagee, encumbering the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the
"Property and recorded in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, State of Wyoming,
on March 29, 2007 as Entry No. 927980 in Book 652, Pages 770.
Mortgagee hereby fully releases and discharges any lien, claim or other interest they may
have in or with respect to the Property and the Mortgage and any collateral described therein.
