HomeMy WebLinkAbout970411CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE Pursuant to power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain Multifamily Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement dated as of July 6, 2007, and recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on July 6, 2007 at Book 664, Page 719, as Document No. 931020, from High Desert, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company to PNC ARCS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Assignor as assigned by Assignor to Fannie Mae pursuant to that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated July 6, 2007, recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on July 6, 2007 at Book 664, Page 765, as Document No. 931021, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 2nd day of April, 2013. The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property described below, after due and legal notice given, to Fannie Mae, the successor mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $2,377,723.79 Dollars, the highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
