HomeMy WebLinkAbout870731DAVID BARBER and TESS BARBER, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SMOKEE BALDWIN and STEPHANIE BALDWIN, (husband and wife, tenants by the entireties/ Joint Tenants with right of survivorship) grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: N1 /3 N1 /2NE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over, under and through the East 50 feet of the South 2/3 of said N1 /2 of the NE1 /4NW1 /4 of said Section 27. Together with an easement for ingress and egress as described in Warranty Deed recorded July 10, 1979, Book 157 P.R. Page 572. Together with all water rights, mineral rights and improvements.
