WARRANTY DEED
SAMUEL O. BENNION, JR. and PATRICIA ANN BENNION, husband and wife, Grantors,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to BENNION RANCH,
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 55, Cokeville,
Wyoming 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
The South four- tenths (4/10) of Lot 25 and the East half of the Southeast quarter
(El /2SE' /4) of Section 28; Lot 1 and the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
(NE1/4NE of Section 33 all in Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, subject to Warranty Deed for right -of -way to Lincoln County,
Wyoming, dated November 16, 1928, and recorded' January 4, 1929, in Book 16 of
Deeds, on Page 65 in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property: Lots 15,17,18 and
the North 6/10 of Lot 25 and the East half of the Southeast quarter (El /2SE /4) of
Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Lots 28, 30 and 31 of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, excepting therefrom the Sly portion of Lot 28 of Section 4,
Township 23 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, conveyed by
Warranty Deed from Orson Bennion and Alice Bennion, husband and wife, and Ida
S. Bennion, widow of Rowland Bennion, doing business as R 0 Bennion, to
Weldon and Mary Dimond, on December 8, 1947, and recorded February 2, 1948,
in Book 26 of Deeds on Page 504 in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Lot 14 of Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming; South half of the Southeast quarter (S %2SE /4), Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter (SE /4SW of Section 1, Township 21 North, Range 119 West
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.

The Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter (SWlY4SW /4) of Section 28;
Southeast quarter (SE /4) of Section 29; the East half (EV2) of Section 32; West half

the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
