KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that G. Christopher Krell, Member of Krell
Enterprises, LLC of P.O. Box 68, City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming does
hereby certify that a certain UCC Financing Statement bearing the date of August 7, 2012, made and
executed by Casey J. Quintard, President and Sole Stockholder of Little Bear, Incorporated, which
UCC Financing Statement was recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 7, 2012 as Receiving #965984
in Book 791 at Pages 86 and 87 and covers the following collateral which debtor owns now or in the
future, together will all parts, accessories, repairs, replacements, improvements, and accessions, and
wherever located: Fixtures: All goods now or in the future affixed or attached to real estate including
but not limited to automatic car wash equipment, bill changers, all compressors, heaters, pumps,
sprayers and related manual car wash equipment all of which is located on the following described
real estate in Lincoln County, to -wit:
The whole of Block Numbered Sixty -Five (65) in the Second Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof.
Commencing at Corner 4 of Tract 50, said corner also being Corner 3 of Tract 51;
thence S89 °38'E a distance of 1495.63 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N26° 34'W a distance of 77.18 feet to the northwest corner of Block 65 of the Second
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer; thence N63 °26'E a distance of 30.00 feet; thence
S26 °34'E a distance of 92.29 feet to a point on the corporate limit line common to the
towns of Kemmerer and Diamondville; thence N89 °38'W along said corporate limit
line a distance of 33.65 feet to the point of beginning.
is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged.
