ID 83405 and BANK OF JACKSON HOLE as Mortgagee on June 3, 2011, certifies that the
Mortgage has been fully paid, satisfied or otherwise discharged. The Mortgage was recorded on
July 7, 2011, in the Land Records for Lincoln County, Wyoming and is indexed as Receiving
960107 Book: 769 Page: 506. The Mortgage having been complied with, the undersigned
releases the Mortgage and all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 46 US
Highway 26, Alpine, WY 83128 and legally described as:
Unit No. 2 of All Seasons Suites, Lincoln County, Wyoming together with undivided interest in
common elements in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
recorded December 21, 2007 in Book 681PR on page 799 and by the official plat filed on
December 21, 2007 as Instrument No. 935754 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
