Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line 'of the Stark property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving
No. 912178, in Book 599PR, on Page 64, also being the Northeast corner of the Russell J. Smith and Jeanne L.
Smith property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 902581, in Book 566PR, on Page 395, all
with said Office,
said Point of Beginning being 859.70 feet South 61 °11'53" East from the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994
location for the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of said Section 24, also said Point
of Beginning being 726.38 feet South 54 °55'46" West from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 2003 location for the
Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of said Section 24;
thence North 89 °51'54East, along said South line, 374.79 feet to the Northwest corner of the Lyndell C. Smith
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 900318, in Book 559PR, on Page 400, with said
Office;
Thence South 0 °00'00" East, along the West line of said Lyndell C. Smith property, 710.51 feet;

Wyoming, the boundary being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest comer of said Rigoulot property;
Thence South 82 °32'46" East, along the North line of said Rigoulot property, 175.94 feet to the Northeast corner
thereof;
Thence South 90 °00'00" West 174.41 feet to a Point in the East line of the Smith property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 902581, in Book 566PR, on Page 395, with said Office;
Thence North 0 °07'12" West, along said East line, 22.82 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
