LEAVITT and LIELA LEAVITT, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to REX N. LEAVITT and LIELA LEAVITT, Trustees or their successors in Trust, of the REX N. LEAVITT and LIELA LEAVITT JOINT LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT, dated January 3, 2001, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: WARRANTY DEED Lot #12 of the Westview Village Subdivision according to the plat as recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County and subject to the Protective Covenants and Servitudes dated January 25, 1978 and recorded January 30, 1978 in Book 143PR at page 317 in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
