entireties, Grantors of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to L. DEE AND JOSEPH C. NIELD, LLC for the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the following
described tracts of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The North 10 rods of the SW'% SW% of Section 22, (being the North 5 acres), the
North 10 rods of the SE',, SE'% of Section 21, (being the North 5 acres) all in
Township 32 N., R. 119 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, containing 10 acres.
Together with all water rights and improvements appurtenant to the described
premise.
Reserving unto BERNICE STOOKEY LINFORD or her heirs all oil and mineral rights
of the described premise.
