Marshall, husband and wife, GRANTORS, of Pocatello, Idaho for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Lawrence S. Rodeck and Sandra S. Rodeck, as Trustees of the Lawrence S. Rodeck and Sandra S. Rodeck Revocable Living Trust dated August 9th, 1989, GRANTEES, whose address is P.O. Box 1714, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights owned by Grantor, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging.
